The end of the school year. You made it through all your classes, all your tests, all your essayand projects, all the friend drama and everything else that school throws at you! So if you're not going to summer school, now you have 3 MONTHS OFF! WOO! I know I can't wait!
I have all kinds of summer plans this year, unlike summer 2009 when an unexpected accident occured at my house on the last day of the school year.... a wall in our house caved in and, $15,000 and 3 tons of dirt later, all is well! I can honestly say that 2009 was the worst summer I ever experienced. I'm hoping, praying, that 2010 will be better!
I've had alot of fun this school year but I'm ready for summer. Today is our last day of classes. Now all that's left is finals and those really aren't that hard if you stayed awake for most of your classes. If you slept, GOOD LUCK!!
I've made some amazing friends and memories this school year and I can't wait to make more memories this summer!
HAPPY SUMMER 2010!!

Microsoft Movie Maker- The Anti-Christ
Microsoft Movie Maker is a program that lets you create "movies" using pictures, video clips, music and narration. Sound kinda fun, right? DEAD WRONG. Movie Maker was sent to this planet to make us sad.
When narrations are added to pictures and its not published right away, oh by the way, nothing saves properly until you publish it and after you publish, you can do anything to it, the narrations move. Its quite upsetting when you worked for 3 hours to get the pictures and the narrations to make sense together and the narrations move! Also, transitions make the movie longer so you have to reset the timign after adding transitions. The program is extremely hard to work and it is a gaint pain in the back-side.
I don't know who's idea it was to add this to the PC computer program list, but it was a bad idea. Movie Maker was sent to earth for the soul purpose of making life harder for people who aren't computer geniuses(like me). If somone ever suggests that you do some type of project on Movie Maker, don't do it. You will regret it. Microsoft Movie Maker is the Anti-Christ. It destories souls and makes you question your own sanity.

Misunderstandings, and My Favorite Quotes
First impressions are the most important. Everyone tells you this. But who is "Everyone"? And what makes them so smart? Some of my best friends gave me a terrible, and somewhat frightening first impression. I've never been one to listen to what other peopletell me to do, and I usually ignore the all powerful and the oh-so knowledgeable "Everyone". I'm not a people-person and when it comes to making friends, I try not to make assumptions (you know what people say about making assumptions...). Alot of times, first impression are big misunderstandings.
On a totally different note, I've found some quotes that I like...
"What a blessing it would be if we could open and shut our ears as easliy as we open and shut our eyes!"
Gosh, I wish we could do that! There are times when I just do not what to listen to the ramble of the people around me. Though this would be helpful on long car rides, bussiness flights and other social situation that aren't super pleasan, it would start an epiedemic of selective-hearing.
"Actions lie louder than words"
How true. Someone can say one thing and then what they do is something totally different. Despite popular beleif, lying is not good. It does not get you anywhere, really. It just makes you look like an idiot when your finally caught in the lie.
"If you don't have anything nice to say about someone, come sit over here with me."
By far, my favorite quote. Souns like something me or one of my friends would say. I'm a serial gossiper. I almost can't help it and its pretty terrible because I'm a really good bullshitter.
"A man's silence is wonderful to listen to"
A quote from Thomas Hardy. I'm not totally sure who he is but I agree. If what your going to say isn't vital to my survial, I probably don't care. Sorry, I like silence.
